Mr Ow is the Executive Chairman of Singapore Shipping Corporation Limited ("SSC"). He is also the Executive Chairman of Stamford Land Corporation Ltd ("SLC"), which is listed on the SGX-ST.

In 2008, Mr Ow was named Businessman of the Year at the Singapore Business Awards which was jointly organised by The Business Times and DHL. In 2011, he was awarded Honorary Officer in the Order of Australia by the Commonwealth of Australia in recognition of his distinguished service towards the development of commercial relations and identifying business opportunities between Australia and Singapore.

Mr Ow is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and also Singapore's non-resident Ambassador to the Italian Republic.

Mr Ow is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of SSC. As the CEO, Mr Ow is in charge of the overall management of the Group's businesses, including the areas of strategic development, operations, marketing communications, finance and human resources. Mr Ow is also involved in the evaluation of new business opportunities for the Group, including feasibility studies on potential developments, investments and transactions.

Mr Ow, son of the Group's Executive Chairman, is also Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of SLC.

Prior to joining SSC, Mr Ow held the position of Analyst, Private Wealth Management with Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore. Mr Ow holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, where he majored in Accounting & Management.

Ms Sia is the founding director of Esquire Law Corporation which was established in 2002. She graduated from King's College, University of London in 1995 with a Bachelor of Law (with Honours), Second Upper Division. Ms Sia was admitted as a Barrister at Law (Middle Temple, England) in 1996 and as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1997.

Ms Sia specialises in private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions, and provides legal and mentoring support to private equity investment funds and early and growth stage companies.

Ms Sia is currently an independent director of GDS Global Limited.

Mr A Selverajah joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1979. His last position was Singapore's Ambassador to Turkey from July 2015 to January 2019. Prior to that he served as Singapore's Ambassador to the European Union with concurrent accreditation to Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and the Vatican. He was also Ambassador to Germany with concurrent accreditation to Greece, and later Ambassador to the Philippines. After which he was appointed Dean of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Diplomatic Academy and Special Envoy for Arctic Affairs.

In November 2000, he was awarded the Public Administration (Silver) Medal. He was conferred the Grand Cross of the Order of Saint Gregory by Pope John Paul II in October 2002, and the Order of Sikatuna with the rank of Datu (Gold Distinction) by Philippine President Benigno Aquino in February 2012.

Mr A Selverajah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and obtained a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
